DUE TO COVID-19, SUMMER CAMPS OF 2020 HAVE BEEN CANCELLED
Junior (Grades 3 - 5)
For the first half of the week, campers will learn about propulsion, aerodynamics, and space exploration. More specifically, they will learn the basics of aircraft dynamics. Campers will design two rockets: one to see how high or far they can fly; the other will be designed and built with a spacecraft crew module which will protect an egg.
During the second half of the week, campers will learn the essentials of drone technology. They will construct drones using LEGO®, from which they will get to learn some basic piloting skills. They will build them, fly them, crash them, and then rebuild them, again and again!
